Standard Service Contract

• The Client has to send his requirement in writing mentioning the post, the job-profile, no. of candidates required, total experience, salary to be given, etc.
• Then a contract will be duly signed and sealed by both, the Client and the Agency.
• The Client should not change the requirement once signed
• Search for the Clients requirement will only be started, when the formalities of Contract and Requirement Form will be completed from both the Parties.
• The Client has to give the Agency detailed stages of selection procedure (Especially the telephonic interview for which date should be clearly mentioned) through which a particular candidate has to go. If in case, there is any change in the selection process, the Client must inform the Agency one day in advance, so that the particular change in the selection process should be conveyed to the candidate at the right time.
• The Client must give a particular time for interviews to be scheduled.
• The Agency in any case will not be liable for paying any costs & expenses.
• The Agency will short-list candidates, schedule and co-ordinate interviews. It will co-ordinate the process until the selected candidate receives the Client¡¯s written offer of employment.
• Appointment letter must be dispatched to the candidate through the Agency, without delay, mentioning the joining date as well as the salary offered to the candidate.
• No candidate will be kept on hold by the Client, otherwise the candidate will be considered as selected and the invoice of the particular candidate will be dispatched soon to the Client from the Agency.
• If the candidate is selected, the Client has to pay the Agency the consultancy charges (based on the requirement) plus Service-Tax as applicable.
• The Agency will submit the invoice to the Client only after the hired candidate is appointed or given mode to join duties. The Client must make the payment to the Agency within 15 calendar days from the date of its receipt of the invoice. If in case of any discrepancies, the Client must inform the Agency 5 days in advance.
• Any notice to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing. Jurisdiction to Pune city.
• The Agency is not responsible for any loss incurred by the appointed candidate as a result of any delay or failure.
